Manheim Township Police have charged 75-year-old Terry Livingston on multiple criminal offenses including promoting prostitution of a minor. Police arrested Livingston on February 28th. An investigative interview by police revealed two juveniles were in contact with Livingston through a site called www.
whatsyourprice.com. One of the juveniles explained to police that they used the site to make money by going on dates with people. Police records state that Tery contacted one of the minors through this site to arrange a date. Terry offered one juvenile and her friend $100 for the date and an extra $200 for both juveniles to have a threesome with him. Authorities report that Terry picked up both juveniles in a white car and transported them to his apartment where he offered them alcoholic drinks. Records state that the juveniles did not drink the beverage out of fear that Terry was going to lace them. One juvenile was able to share Livingston’s residence on a satellite map which prompted police to execute a search warrant at his Lehman Ct. residence. Police seized Livingston’s phone and four computers where previous messages between himself and the juveniles were found. These messages were consistent with others depicting Livingston looking for sex from the two minors. Livingston was interviewed by police and admitted to transporting two girls to his residence and making them alcoholic drinks.His preliminary hearing is set for March 8th.
