74-year-old cyclist killed in collision with SUV near N.J. highway ramp, police say

A Hudson County man was killed in the collision near an I-280 ramp.

Police were called to Harrison Avenue and North 2d Street at 9:30 a.m. and found the victim bleeding and unresponsive, Detective Sgt. Matthew Murphy said. The driver of a Nissan Murano SUV, a 68-year-old Brooklyn, N.Y. man, remained at the scene.
