Man with ‘420’ head tattoo accused of decapitating female relative, fleeing with head arrested in San Francisco

Sylvester Harris allegedly unleashed the savage attack between the night of Oct. 24 and the early morning of Oct. 25 inside an apartment on Willmohr Street near East 92nd Street in Brownsville, according to a criminal complaint. He also attacked her pal, James Quigley, 60, in a similar manner, pummeling him, hitting him with the crowbar and stabbing him to death, according to law-enforcement sources and prosecutors.

The two orders of protection his ex-girlfriend obtained against him were issued on July 26 and Aug. 1, and were set to expire in January and February of next year, according to the complaint.
