Sony Interactive Entertainment revealed the PlayStation 5 Pro on Tuesday -- and it comes with a $700 price tag in the U.S. -- making it one of the most expensive video game consoles ever.
The upgraded version of the PlayStation 5, he said, has sharper image clarity, a higher frame rate gameplay, and much better ray-tracing. Fans, meanwhile, seemed to be surprised by the price. Many said $700 is too much, especially because it doesn't come with a disk drive.Another person made a similar remark on a link to the presentation.The company said pre-orders for the console will be available directly from PlayStation at direct.playstation.com, as well as at participating retailers.
