ABOUT 70% of motorists during the movement control order period are essential workers who have an approval letter from the National Security Council. Bukit Aman Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department director Azisman Alias said 25% of motorists were shopping for essentials, in compliance with the MCO including by following the one person per car MCO ruling.
