Police are investigating after seven people were shot near Fotterall Square in North Philadelphia early Saturday morning.Police said there had been an"Instagram" party, and two males had gotten into an argument. When people started to leave, one of the males returned to the party and discharged his weapon, injuring several people.
A 16-year-old girl suffered a gunshot wound to the chest; she was placed in critical condition, police said. A 22-year-old man was shot in the back, a 20-year-old man was shot in the right arm and right hand, a 21-year-old woman was shot in the thigh, a 25-year-old man was shot in the right arm, a 30-year-old woman was shot in the left arm and a 23-year-old woman was shot in the back, all of them are in stable condition.Are you registered to vote?
