It’s not an official holiday, but 7-Eleven’s beloved Slurpee Day sure is a popular one. The company announced it is once again celebrating its birthday on July 11 by giving away free small Slurpee drinks to customers who visit participating 7-Eleven, Speedway and Stripes stores nationwide. This year, the 97-year-old chain is giving out more than just ice cold treats.
The convenience store is offering 7Rewards and Speedy Rewards members the chance to enter to win free snacks and drinks — including Slurpees — for a whole year by shopping for participating products like 7-Select items, Big Bite Hot Dogs, Big Gulps and more. 7-Eleven also teamed up with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and one of its National Champion kids to create a special edition Slurpee cup.
