6th DUI arrest came after pickup and foot chase, previous one was on lawnmower, police say

A man is under arrest for DUI for the sixth time and police say he's facing additional charges since he made himself hard to catch.

Ralph Cahall ’s 5th DUI arrest happened on Aug. 25, 2020, and his 6th was this past Tuesday, April 2, 2024. A man is under arrest for DUI for the sixth time and police say he's facing additional charges since he made himself hard to catch.

Authorities had to stop the pursuit but a short time later, they saw the car crash into a tree and then the driver, identified as Ralph Cahall, run away. Then, he failed field sobriety exercises and, “A computer check revealed Cahall had five previous DUI-related convictions.”
