CZ ได้ออกมาเคลียร์ประเด็นเกี่ยวกับ TST โดยโพสต์ข้อความลงบนแพลตฟอร์มโซเชียลมีเดีย X ชี้แจงว่า TST ไม่เคยได้รับการรับรองอย่างเป็นทางการจากเขา หรือจาก Binance “มันเป็นแค่โทเคนที่ใช้ในการทดสอบในวิดีโอสอนเท่านั้น” แม้จะมีการออกมาชี้แจง แต่กลับยิ่งทำให้ TST ได้รับความนิยมเพิ่มขึ้น ซึ่ง CZ กล่าวเสริมแบบติดตลกว่า “ทุกครั้งที่โพสต์ชี้แจง TST ก็ยิ่งกลายเป็นกระแสมากขึ้นโดยไม่รู้ว่าเพราะอะไร”1.
