I can’t seem to remember when I last left the house — can you? Life has been kind of feeling foggy recently, with each day running into the next. People are saying that this is the time to think, reflect, and create, and maybe that’s true. But we also still need to move. My daily commute from my bed to the fridge to my desk isn’t cutting it anymore. I can’t remember the last time I sweat . If you’re feeling stuck in this kind of rut too, don’t fret.
