McCarroll, Fluker, Rowser, Pierce and Hollis were federally indicted Sunday with conspiracy to commit murder-for-hire. Rowser and Derks were charged with conspiracy to commit carjacking and interstate transportation of a stolen vehicle involving a 2010 blue Nissan Altima driven from Mobile to D’Iberville, Mississippi, according to the indictment.
McCarroll and Hollis, who Fox 10 identified as McCarroll’s girlfriend, were also charged with obstruction and witness tampering.
