The GOP-led House resolution accuses VP Harris of failing to secure the southern border despite being tasked with the job.
Rep. Jared Golden, D-Maine, and Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, were two of the House Democrats to vote in approval of the resolution on Wednesday, July 25, 2024.
The resolution also includes a quote from former U.S. Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz, who said he never had a single conversation with Harris during his two years on the job.
