Celebrating Return of the Jedi!
Star Wars has just retconned and rewritten Return of the Jedi in six important different ways. The last few years have seen Lucasfilm Publishing release a series of anthologies bearing the name "From A Certain Point Of View." Every story in these books is told from the perspective of a secondary or even background character in one of the movies; each tale is a beautiful addition to the lore, shining new light on a familiar film.

Kwame Mbalia's "Fortuna Favors the Bold" reveals Bib Fortuna had actually been orchestrating a coup, plotting to overthrow Jabba.
4 Yoda's Death Changed The Balance Of The Force On Dagobah Akemi Dawn Bowman's "The Light That Falls" is told from the perspective of a creature that lived on Dagobah, and it reveals that Yoda's death changed the balance of the Force on that planet rich in the Force.
