Any small businesses in Utah that are engaged internationally or looking toward global expansion are encouraged to apply for $500,000 in grant funding that is now available.
SALT LAKE CITY — Grant funding totaling $500,000 is now available to Utah small businesses by way of the U.S. Small Business Administration's competitiveThe goal of the grant is to enhance global success for Utah companies and it is being administered jointly between World Trade Center Utah and the Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity.
"We're incredibly pleased with the collaboration between the SBA Utah District Office and WTC Utah in supporting our state's small businesses on their international journeys," said Marla Trollan, Utah district director of the Small Business Administration, in a statement. "WTC Utah's exceptional work in assisting small businesses has once again been recognized through this SBA STEP grant award.
