There are some stunning show gardens and famous faces who headed on the opening day
The sun was glorious on Tatton Park this morning as the RHS Flower Show Tatton made its grand and last annual return.
Garden designer Ollie Pike created Meanwhile This Garden Isn’t Finished Without You - where each flower represents a person and a celebration of God’s garden. It took a top Gold Medal at the show. Meanwhile, Young Designer 202 Gold medalist of the Entertaining Meets Nature, Callum Corrie, has brought his budding tablets for wrestling to dabbling in gardening and wildlife. The stunning display donned two intimate spaces, each with its distinct purpose and feel but separated by rich, immersive planting.
The garden was inspired by its creator, Chris Reynolds, who has spent over a decade of his life supporting victims of crime. His transition into garden design stemmed from his own personal experiences of trauma and mental health challenges. The show is now open from Thursday through to Sunday, with tickets available to buy online and on the door.Crown Point Tavern licence holder Lee Bayley claimed he didn't film the fight after police accused him.
