For years, News 5 has told the stories of the individuals who are helping their communities and making Cleveland 'A Better Land.' Their impact is felt every single day. Here are 50 of those people.

Since 2020, News 5 has been committed to sharing the stories of the people working hard to make Northeast Ohio"A Better Land." We’ve covered over 100 agents for change.
