A child has died and two other juveniles were hospitalized after a shooting broke out between two vehicles nearPolice say a vehicle carrying one adult and six juveniles was driving eastbound down 48th Street when another car pulled up alongside it and opened fire, striking multiple victims.
A total of three juveniles were shot. One of them, a 5-year-old child, died from their injuries at the hospital.Tempe police are investigating after three juveniles were shot near 52nd Street and Broadway.The intersection of Broadway Road and 52nd Street is closed for the investigation, along with 52nd Street between Broadway and 16th Street.Anyone with information is asked to call Tempe Police at 480-350-8311.
