“With a scare like that, most people wouldn’t have tried to do what he did to help us put the team together,” cornerback Jourdan Lewis said. “That’s just bigger than football for us, whether it’s the coaches or the players we thought that stuff he overcame and how with the opportunity he got from Washington is special.
