The boxed set, which launched fully on October 17, includes a bestiary, a setting guidebook, and an adventure book called "Turn of Fortune's Wheel." Because of its scale, Planescape includes numerous additions that can be used in DnD 5e campaigns outside of Sigil and the Outlands.
4 Ascendant Factions Factions were a memorable part of the original Planescape, and they've been given some notable changes and additions in Adventures In The Multiverse. Theoretically, these ascendant factions could appear in other adventures - similar to how the League of Malevolence appeared in Wild Beyond The Witchlight or how heist rivals worked in Keys From The Golden Vault.
Much like the infernal engines in Descent Into Avernus, the walking castle is something inherently cool that makes cruising through lands much easier. DMs may need to rework how the party acquires the walking castle - and they'll certainly have to tweak its location options if the campaign is outside the Planescape setting.
