On Celtic TV, Simon Donnelly was quick to declare the penalty should have been awarded. He said: “The man on the line, what does it hit? It hits his arm. I don’t know if he can do much about it but it depends if it is out of the silhouette.” He said: "I think he is just a bit ahead. It is passed out to Bernardo and I'm not sure if he quites gets himself back onside for the cross."
Daniel Phillips 'penalty' The St Johnstone defender was thrust into the spotlight when he bundled Alistair Johnston over on the edge of the box. The team in Clydesdale House was left to check if the foul took place in or out of the box and the lines were drawn.
