If you’re looking for noise cancelling on-ear headphones on a budget, get the BÖHM B-66. They have a sleek, polished look, are Bluetooth wireless, and come with a great hard case that will protect them from damage.
They sound decent, and their noise isolation performance is not bad for a budget headset. They have great leakage performance, too, meaning you can raise your listening volumes to mask out more noise without having to worry about bothering your colleagues or those standing at the bus stop with you. They also only have 122 ms of latency, which is far less than most Bluetooth headsets, on average, meaning you should be able to watch videos wirelessly without experiencing too much lag.
Unfortunately, the BÖHM B-66 aren’t as well made as some of the more expensive on-ear headphones. They have a finicky battery performance that varies per unit, which is a sign of low manufacturing tolerance, and they're also quite tight on the ear. This may be uncomfortable when listening for a while; however, it does make them surprisingly stable, which is an advantage for those who don’t like to be constantly readjusting their headphones.
