They were sold at Mitre 10, True Value Hardware, Home Hardware and Thrifty Link Hardware stores across Australia from January 2017 until June this year.

Anyone who has the straps are advised to stop using them and check if they are missing the permanent warning label and instructions for use."If the snatch straps do not have the required warning label attached to the strap, you should contact Lion to arrange for assessment of the strap and relabeling or replacement if required.," the ACCC has advised.
