Five vehicles and two large televisions were stolen during the spree in South Gate, Downey, Pico Rivera, Norwalk and Whittier.
Authorities arrested a fourth man Wednesday alleging his connection to a three-week spree of armed carjackings in Los Angeles County late last year, federal prosecutors said.
Michael Anthony Fisher, 23 of Bell; Andres Silva Cerrilos, 19, of Buena Park and Jesse Gutierrez, 19, of Los Angeles were previously arrested. The defendants allegedly targeted car owners in Downey, Pico Rivera, Norwalk and Whittier between Nov. 15 and Dec. 9, 2023, and held them at gunpoint, according to the news release.
