The 49ers listed Brock Purdy as a limited participant while Nick Bosa and Trent Williams were among those not practicing Thursday before Sunday night’s game at Buffalo.

Purdy missed last Sunday’s 38-10 loss at Green Bay because of a shoulder injury that’s impaired his throwing ability since the previous game’s loss to Seattle.
Also not practicing Thursday were defensive end Nick Bosa , left tackle Trent Williams , guard Aaron Banks , cornerback Deommdore Lenoir , defensive tackle Jordan Elliott and linebacker Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles.
