The century-old college and its entire campus is listed through Howard Hanna’s Commercial Real Estate.A listing for Notre Dame highlighted its nearly 50 acres as a “unique investment opportunity” that would include 14 buildings, which include five dormitories, a former high school, a library, café, classroom/office properties, various athletic facilities, a 25-yard-pool and more.
Cuyahoga County values the property at $30.7 million, roughly split between building values and land values. No asking price was listed, which is common for large commercial properties. Howard Hanna said some of the potential opportunities the campus could offer are for a sports complex, workforce education, single-family residential and cluster homes. The listing also focused on the colleges proximity to shopping with places like Legacy Village and University Square, eateries, hotels and more.
The college noted that it worked out agreements with nine other college and universities so that students could finish their education.
