6 A.M. every single day—about what they do during those wee morning hours, when the rest of us are hitting the snooze button and sleeping the day away.
But I didn’t think to ask them about their bedtimes—at least not until my editor told me to. She reminded me that anyone who’s waking up super early is probably going to bed super early, too. Before I published that first morning person article, I went back to all 39 women I’d spoken to and asked them for their bedtimes.
