Rutgers will welcome its largest list of recruits of the year for the Scarlet-White Game.

Here is a list of some of the standouts, including a dozen four-stars , and the skinny on each of them:No four-star has visited Rutgers more than Brown, who has been offered by Alabama, Florida, Florida State, Georgia and Miami among others.It doesn’t get much better than the four-star, Bates — a national recruit and one of the most electric players in the country, standing 6-foot-2, 180 pounds, and holding 40 offers.
