Hakim Mohamed Zaini Mazlan menetapkan tarikh itu supaya mahkamah boleh dimaklumkan mengenai kedudukan kes tertuduh di AS.Ng, 47, menghadapi 4 pertuduhan bersubahat dengan Goldman Sachs berhubung penjualan nota jaminan dan bon anak syarikat 1MDB bernilai AS$6.5 bilion.
