TUGUEGARAO CITY–Four people were rescued at sea after their boat was swamped with water in Cagayan province, the local Coast Guard station said Tuesday, March 21. According to a report from the Coast Guard District North East Luzon, the boat–MB Kiray–was found adrift in the waters off Palaui Island in Cagayan’s Santa Ana town on Monday afternoon.Citing the boat crew’s account, the Coast Guard said the boat was on its way to Babuyan Claro when a five-foot-long dolphin accidentally hit its starboard bow, causing the boat to nearly sink.
