A 4-month-old boy was killed at his Fort Worth home, according to Tarrant County medical examiner’s office records.

A’zari Jai’shuan Williams sustained blunt force injuries at a southwest Fort Worth apartment in the 4100 block of Southwest Loop 820, near Granbury Road, according to online records. A’zari died Thursday night at Cook Children’s Medical Center, and his death was ruled a homicide, according to the medical examiner’s office.

Fort Worth police did not immediately provide information about their investigation into the boy’s death.
