A UNIVERSITY of Cebu graduate secured the top spot in the November 2024 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam, while three other graduates from Cebu schools also made it to the top 10.Results of the exam released on Thursday, December 5, 2024, by the Professional Regulation Commission revealed that Francis Charles Pepito Lauta of UC got a rating of 93.25 percent, placing first in the top 10 list.Rodolfo Guanzon Misa Jr.
