A four-alarm fire that started in an East Orange salon Friday and spread to three other businesses on Central Avenue, officials said. All employees and customers were able to escape the businesses and none were injured, with the exception of a firefighter who was being treated for minor injuries atIt was unclear what sparked the blaze but officials said it started shortly before 12:30 p.m. at Sally’s B-S Hair Braiding at 225 Central Ave. before escalating and spreading.
