'ผู้ว่าฯชัชชาติ' ตรวจอุโมงค์แยกไฟฉายก่อนเปิดใช้งานจริง หลังรอมานานกว่า 13 ปี ย้ำให้คำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยของ ปชช.เป็นหลักวันนี้ (31 ก.ค.65) นายชัชชาติ สิทธิพันธุ์ ผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร ลงพื้นที่ตรวจความคืบหน้าการก่อสร้างอุโมงค์สี่แยกไฟฉายก่อนเปิดใช้งานจริงในวันที่ 1 ส.ค.65 ณ บริเวณสี่แยกไฟฉาย เขตบางกอกน้อย อุโมงค์สี่แยกไฟฉายแห่งนี้ ใช้เวลาก่อสร้างมาแล้วกว่า 13 ปี ใช้งบประมาณในการก่อสร้างอุโมงค์อยู่ที่ราวๆ 600-700 ล้านบาท มีกำหนดจะเปิดให้ใช้บริการในวันที่ 1 ส.ค.

ราคาน้ำมันดิบเวสต์เท็กซัส ปรับตัวขึ้น 3.4% คาดโอเปกพลัสไม่เพิ่มการผลิตน้ำมันวันที่ 1 ส.ค.65 ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานว่า ราคาน้ำมันดิบล่วงหน้าเวสต์เท็กซัส ปิดวันศุกร์ (29 ก.ค.65) ปรับตัวขึ้น 3.4% โดยตลาดจับตาการประชุมของกลุ่มโอเปกพลัส ซึ่งรวมถึงซาอุดีอาระเบียและรัสเซีย วันที่ 3 ส.ค.นี้ ซึ่งเป็นที่คาดการณ์กันว่า กลุ่มโอเปกพลัสจะไม่เพิ่มการผลิตน้ำมันอย่างที่สหรัฐหวังไว้ สำนักข่าวซีเอ็นบีซีรายงานโดยอ้างแหล่งข่าวว่า โอเปกพลัสน่าคงการผลิตไว้ที่ระดับเดิม ขณะที่นักวิเคราะห์มองว่าเป็นการยากที่โอเปกพลัสจะเพิ่มการผลิต เพราะหลายๆ ประเทศกำลังเผชิญกับปัญหาในการผลิตให้ได้ตามโควต้าเดิมอยู่แล้ว สัญญาน้ำมันดิบเวสต์เท็กซัส ส่งมอบเดือนก.ย.
