สำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (ก.ล.ต.) ของสหรัฐฯ ได้เลื่อนการตัดสินใจอนุมัติการซื้อขาย Spot Bitcoin ETF Options
เมื่อวันที่ 6 มีนาคมที่ผ่านมา ตามเอกสารคำร้องที่ตลาดหลักทรัพย์ Cboe และ ตลาดหลักทรัพย์ระหว่างประเทศไมอามี่ ได้ยื่นร้องต่อ ก.ล.ต เกี่ยวกับการเสนอเปิดให้มีการซื้อขาย Spot Bitcoin ETF Options ซึ่งขณะนี้ ก.
ล.ต ได้ตัดสินใจเลื่อนผลการพิจารณาคำร้องดังกล่าวเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว นอกจากนี้ ก.ล.ต ยังได้เลื่อนการอนุมัติเกี่ยวกับข้อเสนอของ Nasdaq ที่ต้องการเสนอขาย Spot Bitcoin ETF Options ในกองทุน IShares Bitcoin Trus ของ BlackRock อีกด้วย โดย ก.ล.ต ให้เหตุผลว่า การเลื่อนการอนุมัติในนี้เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีThe technical storage or access is strictly necessary for the legitimate purpose of enabling the use of a specific service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user, or for the sole purpose of carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network.The technical storage or access is necessary for the legitimate purpose of storing preferences that are not requested by the subscriber or user.The technical storage or access that is used exclusively for anonymous statistical purposes.
