34 tenants lose Krubong PPR units over sub-letting offence FMTNews
The Krubong people’s housing project was accorded the Rent To Own status in August 2022 by the Melaka government.
State senior executive councillor in charge of housing Rais Yasin said the Melaka Housing Board took action against these tenants after monitoring the use of the units at Krubong PPR, which had been accorded the Rent To Own status in August 2022. “That is why we decided to take back these units and identify others who are eligible to be given these houses,” he told reporters after visiting the Krubong PPR recently.
