They came out delightfully crispy on the outside and soft and hot inside – perfect! Next I made fried catfish. I am very picky when it comes to fried fish, but I didn’t need to be concerned – the finished results were near perfection. I am certain excellent results will be obtained with all types of foods. The item is extremely easy to use thanks to preset settings. It’s also quite easy to clean. I love that I can now make healthier, yet satisfying foods without the mess of deep frying in oil.
