The girl's father called 911, reporting his daughter was dead and said he didn't know what happened. He said there was blood everywhere, but the dogs had been locked in their cages. Police have confirmed that the dogs involved were known to the family. "The dogs that we have, we've got two dogs, about 50 pounds, terrier mixes, mixed breed, and we've got one dog that's probably about 10 or 12 pounds, a little terrier," said Meaghan Colville, the director of Cincinnati Animal CARE.
