Kathy Cavins-Tull, TCU’s vice chancellor for student affairs, emphasized students’ dedication to their academics, adding that athletics and social connections are an important part of campus life at the university, according to the newspaper.Not all Texas schools are known for partying. The University of St. Thomas, a private Catholic school in Houston, fell among the lowest-ranked schools for its party scene.
