At the top of the list is St. George, followed by Cedar City and Washington, in third and fourth place, respectively.</p><p>Holding second and fifth place are Fort Myers, Florida, and Bozeman, Montana.</p><p>"Our community's collaborative spirit and proactive approach to economic development make St. George an ideal place for small business success," Mayor Michele Randall said in a recent press release. "This recognition by WalletHub serves as a testament to our ongoing efforts to foster innovation, support entrepreneurs and enhance the overall quality of life for our residents."</p><p>WalletHub's annual ranking evaluates over 1,300 small cities across 18 key metrics, including business environment, access to resources and business costs.
