Inaki Godoy in his straw hat pointing off-screen in 'One Piece' Season 2

It might be Oscar's weekend, with cinema taking the spotlight, but that shouldn't mean that TV fans have to miss out. Whilst cinephiles rant and rave about Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another and Ryan Coogler’s Sinners, it's time for you to find your next binge-watch.

Of course, Netflix should be your first port of call, but the thought of scrolling endlessly through the streamer's gargantuan catalog can understandably put some off. That's where Collider comes in. To help you decide how best to spend your streaming weekend, here's a look at three Netflix shows you should binge this weekend.Disclaimer: These titles are available on US Netflix. 1 'One Piece' Rotten Tomatoes: 93% | IMDb: 8.3/10 The biggest Netflix arrival this week comes in the form of One Piece, which finally returns for its second season after almost three years. A live-action adaptation of Eiichiro Oda's seminal manga, One Piece follows Monkey D. Luffy and his ragtag crew of young pirates as they set out on a dangerous voyage to discover life-changing treasure. As far as adaptations go, few are as impressive as One Piece. Hilarious and gripping, the show has returned with a bang this past week, earning even more praise than the first installment. Collider's David Caballero reviewed One Piece Season 2, awarding it a 9/10 and saying,"One Piece has everything going for it to become one of Netflix's all-time best originals, and this new season is proof." 2 'The Man in the High Castle' Rotten Tomatoes: 84% | IMDb: 7.9/10 This might be one of Prime Video's first original shows, but Netflix is where you should watch it this weekend. The Man in the High Castle, based on the Philip K. Dick novel of the same name, is set in an alternate reality where the Axis powers of Nazi Germany and the Empire of Japan won World War II. Under the shadow of a dystopian America, one woman discovers the secret to overthrowing their awful regime. A complex, intelligent series that dutifully adapts its source material, The Man in the High Castle is simply a must-watch. Boasting the knowledge of Ridley Scott as executive producer, the show is packed with impressive performances, highlighted by turns from Wolf Muser as Adolf Hitler and William Forsythe as J. Edgar Hoover. 3 'Virgin River' Rotten Tomatoes: 67% | IMDb: 7.4/10 One Piece isn't the only show to make its grand Netflix return this past week. On Thursday, Virgin River returned for its seventh season and, for those who are yet to try this hit drama, there is no better time than the present. The series follows nurse practitioner Mel as she moves from the bright lights of Los Angeles to the titular remote town of Virgin River. A perfect binge-watch for Gilmore Girls fans, Virgin River is one of the most indulgent, cozy shows currently on streaming. With Season 4 a particular highlight, the show navigates ups and downs in quality by always delivering on personal drama and keeping viewers hooked. There is no better escape this weekend than to the Californian mountains in Virgin River.
