A new 3 Nations Brewing Company outpost will occupy a 5,580-square-foot building that once housed Anna's police and finance department.
3 Nations Brewing Company has announced plans to open a new brewery in the City of Anna with the help of an incentive agreement and fresh lease.
Located at 101 S. Powell Pkwy, the 5,580-square-foot building will undergo sidewalk, landscaping and patio repairs, ahead of the brewery's expected opening in the summer of 2023. The City of Anna received a $5,000 grant from the Texas Downtown Association for the renovations.John Royer The opening of the brewery is also part of Anna's Downtown Master Plan, a revitalization effort the city is looking to sustain high-quality employment, add jobs and stimulate the local economy.
