MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga — Operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency arrested three people and seized P89,700 worth of “shabu” in a buy-bust operation at San Jose village, Concepcion, Tarlac late Tuesday .
In a statement, the PDEA Central Luzon identified the suspects as Marino Dela Peña, 42; Loida Villapeña, 49; and Irene Dumaguin, 30.Glen Guillermo, PDEA-3 information officer, said an undercover operative managed to buy shabu from Dela Peña and his companions using marked money.FEATURED STORIES
