An infant died in an apartment fire in Martinsville on Friday afternoon. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
Crews with the Martinsville Fire Department, along with the Washington Township Fire Department, were dispatched to the apartment, located in the 400 block of
South Home Avenue, at 2:54 p.m.Upon searching the residence, an infant was found and pronounced dead at the scene.The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
