Star Wars keeps bringing back Order 66 survivors, but there are three Jedi who seem a safe bet to return after the prequel trilogy era.
Star Wars is introducing ever more Order 66 survivors, and there are some Jedi who seem destined to number among them. For three years, the Jedi had fought alongside the clones, waging war against the Separatists. Only a handful in the Jedi Council began to suspect the clone army had somehow been compromised by the Sith, but the scale of Palpatine's plan was greater than they could even begin to imagine.
Barriss was arrested by the Republic for her crimes, which should have meant it was easy to execute her. But there's long been speculation Palpatine would have his own ideas for Barriss, attempting to turn her to the dark side, potentially recruiting her as a high-ranking member of the Inquisitors program.
Shaak Ti has the advantage of being a big enough name for her survival to excite the fandom. She's a skilled warrior, which means she could conceivably go up against Darth Vader and his Inquisitors, proving a real challenge to them. What's more, she's known to have left a Holocron message that Luke Skywalker himself retrieved, which would give her a legacy and a direct tie to the Skywalker saga. Of any Jedi Council members, Shaak Ti is the perfect choice to survive Order 66.
