Three North Texas residents are facing sex trafficking charges in connection to the death of a Cleburne teenager in 2018, authorities said.Three North Texas residents are facing sex trafficking charges in connection to the death of a Cleburne teenager in 2018, authorities said.
Those arrested were Mark Alan Dailey, 51, of Plano, on trafficking resulting in death, trafficking, and compelling prostitution charges; Nikki Jordan, 48, of Fort Worth, on trafficking and compelling prostitution charges; and Anna Hudson, 42, of Mabank, on a trafficking charge, according to the release. It was not clear Friday whether they had attorneys.The Collin County district attorney’s office will prosecute the case.
Dailey, Jordan and Hudson are accused of being involved in the trafficking of young women in April 2018, including Wells, 18, and at least one other woman, according to the release. Dailey and Jordan, the release continues, were involved in “compelling women into committing prostitution.”A conviction in trafficking resulting in death, a first-degree felony, carries a potential maximum sentence of life in prison.
