Three 6th-grade students from Hays CISD middle school s have been detained for creating or contributing to social media threat scares in the district this week.
One 6th-grade student was detained Thursday night and then a second was detained on Friday in one incident. Another 6th-grade student was also detained on Friday in a separate incident.In the first incident, a female student from Wallace Middle School is accused of circulating a threat that specifically named Simon Middle School.
