JUST IN: Three people were shot and killed after a gunman opened fire at a lounge in Kansas City, police say.
May 21, 2023, 6:04 AMThree people were shot and killed at the Klymax Lounge in Kansas City, Missouri, early Sunday, police said.
Officers arriving at the scene just before 1:30 a.m. local time found five people who'd been hit by gunfire, officials with Kansas City Police said in a statement. "Three of the victims were transported by EMS to the hospital," the statement said. "Two victims were pronounced deceased at the scene. One of those victims was located outside the lounge and the second was located inside the business."This is a developing story. Please check back for updates.
