Nine events – classes and tastings - are available for patrons to attend in an à la carte format so guests can “curate their own experience,” beverage director Douglas Caveney said in a press release.. Saturday’s grand tasting will feature more than 11 vendors providing four wines each. Private wine-pairing dinners are slated for 7 p.m. Saturday. And Sunday’s Bubbles & Brunch will include Champagne and a trio of brunch specialties.
