Valenzuela City Mayor Weslie “Wes” Gathalian led the distribution of the P500 gift certificates to the beneficiaries at the Valenzuela City People’s Park Amphitheater.
The city government said the event aims to further assist eligible solo parents in the city who tirelessly provide for the needs of their families.The event is part of the city’ Solo Parents’ Day celebration where various activities like a cooking show, job caravan, livelihood and financial literacy trainings, and free legal assistance were lined up.related stories
