Labradford Jamell Armistad, 35, is charged with seven counts of first-degree sodomy, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office announced Saturday.
Armistad was booked into the Montgomery County Detention Facility at 10:12 p.m. Friday and is being held without bond. Sheriff Derrick Cunningham has scheduled a Monday press conference to discuss the arrests of the two officers on the sex charges.Charging documents state that incident happened between 7:30 and 8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 15 at the juvenile lockup. That case involved a 14-year-old boy.
